    58kg now - 51/52 kg I want Day 1: I did it 2x (my brother and his friend caught me exercising!!! It was so embarrassing 😵😵😵) Day 2: I did it 1x but I also did other workouts ( ruclips.net/video/IuM72n9QbtA/видео.html si=hG06mO5_aJ-RRcrd 1 x and 4 minutes ruclips.net/video/BLVrTaMFRDc/видео.html si=_vPq4jFEmmSoLM1k ) + I ate a lot of calories (sweets) because my friend had a birthday party 🥲 my stomach hurts a little because of yesterday's exercises but I didn't give up! Day 3: today I had the end of the school year and summer came so I decided that I would work harder but I'm going with my family to Turkey so I don't know how it will be , today I did 2x but it was a very late hour 😰 Day 4: I did it 2 or 3x (I can’t remember 😭) I'm on vacation now and today I ate a lot of calories but I think it's normal so I'll do the exercises to keep the weight + I did 8 minutes la serafim workout but it was too difficult and 2 minutes of training from the app (at the bottom there are exercises from the app I did) STANDING BICYCLE CRUNCHES (20 seconds) LEG RAISES (20 seconds) BENT LEG TWIST (20 seconds) MOUNTAIN CLIMBER (20 seconds) Day 5: I did it 2x but again I ate a lot of calories so I decided to do other exercises as well ( 1x ruclips.net/video/hpqS4P9Uqdc/видео.html si=HxiHl1MyyPGZGsc5 and also 1 x ruclips.net/video/ohgLmY19jNg/видео.html si=OB5Q9oB0-tCWI9uG) Day 6: TOTALLY forgot about exercise I'm very stupid about it but maybe such a short break will be good for my body 🤷‍♀️ Day 7: I got a period so for this time I give up exercise, I see that my stomach is a little smaller but you can’t see much difference (because I didn’t keep a diet) and my legs became slightly longer? This makes me feel more confident in shorts! When I get home from vacation I will do it again and stick to the diet!!! In my opinion, these videos work! LIKE 👍 FOR ME THAT I DON’T FORGET CONTINUE!!!
